During Red season - a minimum of (7) seven consecutive night stay applies when reservation is booked more than 60 days in advance, unless that stay falls within regulation below:

At Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Sydney and Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Wanaka there is a three (3) night minimum stay during Red Season for any reservation booked more than sixty (60 days) in advance, except for those dates described as "Blackout Dates", where there is a seven (7) night minimum stay. All three (3) night stays must be for consecutive nights. Seven (7) night stays must also be for consecutive nights but may be split between Wyndham Vacation Resorts Sydney or Wyndham Vacation Resorts Wanaka and another Resort. Housekeeping fees will be applicable.

There is a two (2) night minimum stay when either a Friday or a Saturday are included in the reservation, subject to two (2) nights being available.

There is a four (4) night maximum stay for each Bonus Time reservation and a seven (7) days maximum stay for each Bonus Time reservation in an Exotic Resort.

For any reservation made sixty (60) days or less there is no minimum stay requirement unless the reservation includes either a Friday or Saturday, where there must be a two (2) night minimum stay.

Reservations can be made up to 13 months in advance at WorldMark South Pacific Club properties.

Yes, reservation can be split between two or more Resorts. Housekeeping fees will be applicable.
