Friends First by Wyndham Program Conditions

1. Once your referral list is received by the Owner Referral Department, your referral’s names are protected from other marketing or promotional campaigns from Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific for a period of 90 days. After this period your referral may receive promotional offers, products and services by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific. If your referral completes a Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific presentation through any other marketing or incentive program, or if another Owner or other source has submitted their name after this period to the Owner Referral Department, you will not receive Friends First Bonus Credits for their visit.

2. WorldMark South Pacific Club is designed for married couples and singles between the ages of 25-72 who have a minimum combined household income before tax of AUD$60,000 per annum (Australian residents) or NZ$60,000 (New Zealand residents) who are permanent residents of Australia, New Zealand or Fiji. Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific appreciates you referring eligible potential Owners, however non-eligible referrals may result in your exclusion from the Friends First by Wyndham program and forfeiture of referrer benefits.


3. All referral appointments must be made in advance through the Owner Referral Department. Your referrals must arrive on time for their presentation with their confirmation letter.


4. Your referral, or if married, both parties, must attend and complete the Vacation Ownership presentation of approximately 90 minutes on WorldMark South Pacific Club. If your referral is unmarried and they have a significant other who might be instrumental in making a decision, then that person must also attend. Please plan to limit your referrals to one (1) couple or single referral per presentation time, since your Owner Referral Department will be handling your referrals individually.


5. Your referrer benefits will be awarded four weeks following your guest’s completion of our presentation and confirmation of their Ownership status. Friends First Bonus Credits will be transferred directly to your account and expire one year after issue. Friends First Bonus Credits cannot be transferred and have no cash value. Please note that Friends First Bonus Credits are for one-off usage, and do not appear in the total of your Vacation Credits on the WorldMark South Pacific Club website.


6. Owners who are employees of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty. Ltd. Or WorldMark South Pacific Club are not eligible to participate in any competitions related to the Friends First by Wyndham Program although they are eligible to receive referrer benefits from referrals they provide for the Friends First by Wyndham program.


7. Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty. Ltd. Reserves the right to change or terminate this Friends First by Wyndham program at any time for any reason without notice.


8. All referrals will be advised of the Owner that has referred them when contacted to attend a sales presentation. Please ensure your referrals are advised that they will be contacted by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific to attend a sales presentation.


9. Any referrals completing a presentation after 11 October 2010 will be subject to these conditions and referrers will be rewarded with Friends First Bonus Credits according to the Friends First by Wyndham program.
