Terms and Conditions of the WorldMark Gift Voucher for
Worldmark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Owners

 
1.       Gifting Credits
 
  • A WorldMark South Pacific Club Owner may choose to gift his/her Vacation Credits to a Non-Owner for that non-Owners use by submitting an online request for a WorldMark Gift Certificate. Online requests can be submitted at www.worldmarksp.com
  • The WorldMark Owner who has gifted his/her Vacation Credits to a Non-Owner will have their Worldmark Owner Account deducted with the gifted amount of Vacation Credits printed on page 1 of the valid WorldMark Gift Voucher.
  • All types of Credits available in the WorldMark Owners' account on the day of request may be gifted to a non-Owner including Bonus, Trade and Incentive Credits.
  • When various types of Credits are donated, the earliest expiry date will be displayed on the voucher as the expiry date for the entire amount of Credits donated.
  • A WorldMark Owner cannot borrow next year’s Vacation Credits to gift to a non-Owner.
 
2. Beneficiary
  • This voucher is issued by WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham, under the request of a WorldMark Owner, who has decided to gift Vacation Credits to a non-Owner.
  • The amount of gifted Vacation Credits can only be used by the recipient non-Owner nominated by the WorldMark Owner, and whose name is printed on page 1 of the WorldMark Gift Voucher (authorised recipient).
  • The authorised recipient can use the amount of gifted Vacation Credits at any of the WorldMark South Pacific Club properties only, subject to availability.

3. My WorldMark Owner account
  • Before a WorldMark Owner decides to gift any Credits, they must check their account to see the amount of available credits and decide how many Credits they wish to gift.
  • To do this visit www.worldmarksp.com and click on Owner Sign-in located on the top right corner then select the “account information” tab.
 

4. Submitting my voucher request
 
  • All WorldMark Owners must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before submitting a request for a WorldMark Gift Voucher.  
  • To submit a request for a WorldMark Gift Voucher, simply fill in the form located at www.worldmarksp.com/gift and click the submit request button. The WorldMark Gift Voucher will then be prepared according to your request and will be emailed to you on PDF format.

5. Account status
 
  • WorldMark Owner’s must be up-to-date with their account to be able to “gift” their Credits to a non-Owner. No reservation requests (wether made by a WorldMark Owner or an authorised recipient) shall be confirmed if the Worldmark Owner is delinquent in the payment of Club levies, any amount owed to the Club or owed on the agreement for purchase of Club Vacation Credits.   
  • Should a WorldMark Owner’s account status be delinquent at the time the authorised recipient wishes to make a booking using the WorldMark Gift Voucher, Owner Services will contact the WorldMark Owner to bring their account status up to date to enable the authorised recipient to make a booking. Should the WorldMark Owner fail to bring their outstanding accounts up to date, the authorised recipient of the WorldMark Gift Voucher will not be able to make a booking.
 
6. Housekeeping token/fees
 
  •  When gifting Credits to a non-owner, a WorldMark Owner may decide to gift a housekeeping token as well.  Housekeeping tokens can only be gifted if the validity of the housekeeping token is equal to or greater than the validity of the Credits being gifted.
  • If a housekeeping token is not available to gift, the WorldMark Owner can decide to pay for the applicable housekeeping fee on behalf of their authorised recipient. If the WorldMark Owner chooses not to pay the applicable housekeeping fee, the  authorised recipient will be advised that a housekeeping fee will apply at the time of booking and that they will be liable for this payment prior to making a booking.

7. Use
 
  • The WorldMark Gift Voucher is only valid for use by the authorised recipient whose name is printed on page 1 of the WorldMark Gift Voucher.
  • The WorldMark Gift Voucher must be presented by the authorised recipient at the time of check in at the property.
  • The WorldMark Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • The WorldMark Gift Voucher cannot be used for a Worldmark Special package.
  • The WorldMark Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, will not be replaced if lost or stolen, is non-refundable and is not transferable.
  • WorldMark Gift Voucher’s may only be used once. Should a portion of Vacation Credits remain after use, these Vacation Credits will automatically expire and cannot be used by either the authorised recipient or the WorldMark Owner who originally gifted the Vacation Credits.
  • Use of the WorldMark Gift Voucher by the authorised recipient is subject to the same regulations as applicable to Worldmark Owner use, including the WorldMark South Pacific Club Guidelines and Regulations and the WorldMark South Pacific Club Product Disclosure Statement.
