Fiji 10 year anniversary Celebrations!

A traditional Fijian ceremony formed part of celebrations for WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham’s 10th Anniversary at Denarau Island in May.

To mark the occasion, WorldMark entertained Owners and special guests including Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific CEO and Managing Director, Barry Robinson.

Celebrations started with a hymn and a prayer from resort staff followed by a traditional ceremony where special guests were honoured. There was traditional Fijian dancing and a large birthday cake for Vacation Owners, guests and staff to enjoy.
 
Other special guests included Senior Vice President Sales, Clive Van Deventer and Senior Vice President of Property Development and Resort Operations, Marion Smart.

WorldMark Resort Denarau Island was one of the first resorts in WorldMark South Pacific Club, with a number of the staff having been there since it opened in 2000.

The celebrations were covered by Fiji’s local newspapers, the Fiji Sun and Fiji Times. WorldMark Owners of 10 years, Emil and Cheryl Veld, had the honour of cutting the 10th Anniversary cake.
