Fiji Stage 3 Expansion

Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific is delighted to announce that the much anticipated expansion of WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Denarau Island is about to commence. At the completion of the total redevelopment, the resort will emerge as a flagship Wyndham property further showcasing Wyndham’s signature first-class resort accommodation and attention to detail.

This exciting development of the resort will include 2 phases:

1. Starting November 2011 - Enhancements to the current resort including:
   • Refurbishment to the existing pool area with the addition of a Poolside café
   • Redevelopment and expansion of the reception and lobby
   • A new Kids Club
   • The relocation and construction of a new restaurant.


2. Starting Early 2012 - The construction of 63 new luxurious apartments:
   • Positioned around landscaped gardens and a new pool with swim up bar
   • Will include one, two and three-bedroom Deluxe Apartments, three-bedroom Grand Suites and three and four-bedroom spectacular oceanfront Presidential Suites
   • All apartments will encompass stylish, contemporary design with Fijian elements throughout the interiors
   • The Presidential Suites will have an abundance of features including private pools, finishes of the highest standards, spacious master suites and are sure to provide Owners with the utmost in resort accommodation

The works will be completed in phases with upgrading of the existing pool, the new reception and restaurant scheduled for completion by mid 2012 while construction of the new apartments is expected to be completed by mid 2013. While there will be understandably some noise and disruption from the construction, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific is committed to maintaining safety and minimising the impact on Owners staying at the resort.
