Here's a new reason to book in Red Season... Short stays can now be booked in advance in Red Season at selected WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham resorts! With this flexible change to the Red Season* guidelines, you can now book that short weekend long in advance!

STANDARD GUIDELINES

• A seven-night minimum stay applies if you book in Red Season more than 60 days prior to your arrival.
• Split week: The seven-night minimum stay can be split over multiple resorts.
  Housekeeping applies to each separate resort.
• There are two exceptions to this rule that allow for a shorter stay even outside of 60 days.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE

• 3-night Sydney rule

For bookings made more than 60 days in advance, a minimum 3-night stay is now available at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Sydney.
Note: Standard 7-night minimum stay will still apply during Blackout Dates, see Credit Chart for details.

• Red 3 to 9 rule

There is no longer a minimum stay requirement for any reservation booked during Red Season 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
Note: The exception is the weekend rule when the reservation includes either a Friday or Saturday, where there must be a two-night minimum stay. Eligible resorts below:

• Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Surfers Paradise
• Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Crown Towers
• Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Marcoola Beach
• Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Seven Mile Beach
• Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Dunsborough
• Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Perth (The Outram)
• Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Wanaka.

Please note that as a result of the introduction of the Red3 to 9 rule, the blackout dates exception to the rule (please see page 47 of your Resort Guide) will no longer apply at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Wanaka, effective immediately. It is however still valid at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Sydney, as highlighted above.

• All bookings made for the above resorts are subject to the rules and instructions as outlined in the WorldMark South Pacific Club Guidelines and Regulations, the Wyndham Vacation Resorts South Pacific Product Disclosure Statement and the WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement.
• Only eligible for stays in Red3 season or higher at resorts that have a Red3 season and onwards (Red3 to Red9).
• For stays in Red1 and Red2 season, or where a resort only has a singular Red season, a 7 night minimum still applies to bookings made more than 60 days in advance.
• A minimum 2-night is required where a booking includes either a Friday or Saturday.
• This benefit is presented to WorldMark Owners by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific as the Developer of WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham.
• This benefit may be withdrawn at any time without notice, at the discretion of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific (the Developer).
• Offer is subject to availability at the time of booking.
