VIP OWNER EVENTS
Full Terms and Conditions

A completed booking form must be returned to our office by mail or fax before travel can be confirmed. All prices quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST unless specified otherwise. Prices are correct at time of publishing. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Qualifications:

In order to be eligible to attend a VIP Owner Event (‘Event’), Owners must bring along a qualified single or couple (‘Referral’) who have a minimum combined annual household income of AUD$55,000 per annum (Australian residents) or NZD$55,000 (New Zealand residents) and who are permanent residents of Australia or New Zealand. No other rewards or premiums will be offered. Owners and Referrals may only attend a maximum of three (3) Events per annum and no more than one (1) per 90 days. It is a condition of these Events that Owners and Referrals must attend and complete an informative Vacation Ownership sales presentation of approximately 90 minutes during the Event on the benefits of WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham where you and the Referral will be made an offer to purchase our product, however, there is no obligation to purchase. If married or in a relationship, both parties must attend. Full terms of the WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham can be found in the latest Product Disclosure Statement, which can be viewed along with our Privacy Policy at www.wyndhamvrap.com or by sending a written request to the attention of our Compliance Officer, PO Box 7493, Gold Coast MC QLD 9726, Australia.

Non-Attendance:

Failure to attend the presentation and therefore not meet the terms and conditions of the Event will result in the full retail value of the package price being charged, which will be advised at the time of booking and confirmation. Complete non-attendance of the event will forfeit the offer. Your package cannot be transferred to another name and dates cannot be changed under any circumstances. Our package is non-refundable and travel Insurance is highly recommended. If applicable, Airline Tickets cannot be transferred to another name and will be considered as a cancellation.

Payment & Cancellation:

Payment can be made by credit card (excluding American Express and Diners), cheque or direct debit. WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Credits not accepted. A 50% cancellation fee is applicable for cancellations made before the applicable book by date. No refunds given after applicable book by date. Activities and celebrities (if applicable) depend on location of events. These are planned events and activities and are subject to availability, change or cancellation.

Reservations:

Space is strictly limited and all reservations are subject to availability. Events are exclusively available to a maximum of twelve (12) WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Premier Owner couples (‘Owners’). Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific has the right to charge extra if the number of people is greater than what was confirmed upon the booking.

Taxes & Flights:

If applicable, prices are inclusive of Australian, New Zealand & Fijian Airport Taxes, except taxes that can only be paid upon departure.

Additions:

Additional food, beverages or services are not included in this offer (unless specified). A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required at check-in for bond (this is refundable upon checkout).

Health & Immigration:

You should familiarise yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas you intend visiting. You are responsible for all exit, entry, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. Each person travelling internationally shall carry a valid passport at all times. Kindly note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your travel consultant and Travel by Wyndham is not liable for any loss or expense due to a passenger’s failure to comply with the above
