Membership and Exchange Fees
Membership fees apply to exchange companies and will vary depending on individual exchange companies.
Privileges by Wyndham Members enjoy complimentary membership to RCI and ICE exchange companies.
Please note: WorldMark South Pacific Club housekeeping fees may apply to exchanges.
How Does It Work?
Exchange companies work by acting as a ‘bank’ for your holidays. You request the destination you desire and when the exchange company receives an appropriate match from another Owner, they exchange your Privileges Qualified Vacation Credits for theirs giving you the holiday you want.

RCI Deposit First or Confirm First
When requesting an exchange through RCI you will either use Deposit First or Confirm First when making a booking. If RCI can confirm your exchange on the spot or you would like to deposit your expiring Vacation Credits, Deposit First will be used. You can complete an online form at www.worldmarksp.com/RCIDeposit or call
WorldMark South Pacific Club Reservations. Once your Vacation Credits are deposited in the RCI system you have up to two years to make an exchange request.
If RCI cannot confirm your holiday immediately you can place a request in the system using Confirm First. The computer searches 24 hours a day, seven days a week until a match is found. RCI will contact you when a match is found and Vacation Credits will be deducted when your holiday is confirmed. A request can be placed up to two years in advance and more than one request can be placed at a time.
