Reservation Tips

To give yourself the best chance of booking the holiday of your dreams, follow these hot tips:

Book Early

Reservations can be made up to:
• 13 months in advance for WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham resorts
• 11 months in advance for WorldMark Owners who are eligible to access WorldMark, The Club resorts (USA, Canada and Mexico)

Waitlist

• If your preferred resort and/or apartment is not available when you would like it, ask to be put on the waitlist. If a cancellation makes your preferred option available you will be notified by phone or email.

TIP: Have a number of holiday options available, such as different locations and flexible dates, as this will increase
your booking chances.

Best Fit System

• All WorldMark South Pacific Club apartments are assigned by the Best Fit Computer System, which ranks rooms in order of preference, assigning the highest priority room to reservations made the furtherer out. This is a good reason to
book early!

Please note: WorldMark South Pacific Club is unable to accept requests for views or specific unit locations, unless
specified accordingly in room type.

Red Season

When booking during Red Season be aware of the following:
• A seven-night minimum stay applies if you book Red Season more than 60 days in advance of your arrival.
• If booking during Red Season you can choose to split your seven-night minimum stay between two or more resorts (nights must be consecutive and housekeeping fees may apply).
• You can enjoy a Red Season stay of less than seven nights if you book your Apartment within 60 days or less of
your arrival.

Two exceptions have been implemented in Sydney (NSW) and Wanaka (NZ), whereby the minimum nights stay is 3, even when booking outside of 60 days, unless black out dates apply. For more details click here for Sydney and here for Wanaka.

As you would expect, weekends are one of the busiest times. To ensure all WorldMark Owners have an equal chance to enjoy a weekend break, the following guidelines apply:

Weekend Only
Stay

One Friday and Saturday night booking can be held at any one time for each full block of 6,000 Vacation Credits Owned.

Weekend Use

A two-night minimum stay applies when booking and staying a Friday or Saturday night; unless only one of those
nights is available. (Red season seven-night minimum stay applies).

Remember

Don’t forget these important points about your Vacation Credits:

  • When you joined WorldMark South Pacific Club, the Vacation Credits you purchased were deposited into your WorldMark South Pacific Club account ready for immediate use.
  • Each year, on your Anniversary Date, your WorldMark South Pacific Club account is refreshed with the amount of Vacation Credits you originally purchased.
  • Vacation Credits have a lifespan of 24 months. After this period, any remaining Vacation Credits will expire on the last day of the month in which your Anniversary Date falls.
  • You can upgrade your WorldMark Ownership at any time by calling our friendly Owner Enhancement team (click here for contact details) or by speaking to your In-House Resort Host during your next WorldMark South Pacific Club holiday.
