^WorldMark, The Club resorts are only available through an exchange program agreement entered into by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific as the Developer of WorldMark Pacific Club and as such is subject to change or termination without notice. This Developer benefit is available to WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Owners, who purchased prior to 30 April 2010 and are in good financial standing with WorldMark South Pacific Club, as at 30 April 2010. If you purchased your Ownership after that date, you will have the option of accessing this benefit if you join as a Privileges by Wyndham Member.
*Associate Resorts are a Privileges by Wyndham benefit. WorldMark Owners who are not Privileges by Wyndham Members are granted access to certain Associate Resorts for a limited period, subject to additional restrictions as determined by The Developer. The Developer may remove or modify Associate Resorts without notice.
