^From 28 February 2010, access to WorldMark, The Club resorts will only be made available through an exchange program agreement entered into by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific as the Developer of WorldMark South Pacific Club. This Developer benefit will be available to all existing WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Owners, in good financial standing with WorldMark South Pacific Club, as at 28 February 2010.
