Privileges Program Rules


Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific (Wyndham) has established the Privileges by Wyndham Program ("Privileges") whereby an Owner of WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Holiday Credits ("WorldMark Owner") (a) who is a Member of Privileges ("Privileges Member") can redeem certain WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Holiday Credits (Privileges Qualified Credits) for holiday and travel opportunities outside of the WorldMark South Pacific Club Program ("Benefits"), or (b) is a WorldMark Owner in good standing but not a Privileges Member who, at the sole discretion of Wyndham, has been extended certain Privileges benefits described in the Privileges Program Guide ("Program Guide"). Wyndham has further established these Privileges Program Rules ("Program Rules"), which may be amended from time to time, in connection with the use of the Benefits described in the Program Guide. Benefits are also subject to the separate terms and conditions of their individual providers and are subject to change from time to time.

1. Fun Time :
Entitles a Privileges Member to reserve WorldMark South Pacific Club ("WorldMark") Apartments and Associate Inventory Resorts from 0 to 42 days prior to arrival depending on the Privileges Member's tier. Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, at its sole discretion, has extended Fun Time to all WorldMark South Pacific Premier Owners in good standing, who are not Privileges Members, as a benefit that enables a WorldMark South Pacific Premier Owner to reserve WorldMark South Pacific Club Apartments and Associate Resorts from 0 to 14 days prior to arrival. Privileges Members and WorldMark South Pacific Premier Owners will access Fun Time via the rental of Holiday Credits from Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific subject to the prepayment of a fee as determined by Wyndham. This fee is subject to change and is currently 6 cents (AUD$.06) per Holiday Credit. The Privileges Member or WorldMark South Pacific Premier Owner uses these one-time use Holiday Credits within the WorldMark South Pacific Club's Guidelines and Regulations for making Holiday Credit reservations, therefore a Fun Time reservation made while the Owner still has free Housekeeping tokens in his/her account for the Anniversary Year will utilise an existing token. If no such tokens are available, the Housekeeping Fee prescribed for a similar size WorldMark South Pacific Club Apartment will apply. Fun Time is subject to availability and the length of a Fun Time reservation is subject to the restrictions set forth below. Contiguous reservations can be made for more than one resort, provided that the Fun Time portions of these reservations are not for more than the below specified maximum number of consecutive nights. Except as provided herein, there is no limit to the number of Fun Time Credit reservations. The time periods in which Fun Time reservations may be made are subject to the Privileges Member's Tier as set forth below:
  • 0-14 days prior to arrival for all WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Owners
  • 0-21 days prior to arrival for Privileges Members
  • 0-28 days prior to arrival for Privileges Elite Members
  • 0-35 days prior to arrival for Privileges Diamond Elite Members
  • 0-42 days prior to arrival for Privileges Platinum Elite Members
If a cancellation request is received via email, written or telephone notice, more than 10 days before the check-in date, Fun Time reservations may be cancelled in accordance with existing WorldMark South Pacific Club Holiday Credit Cancellation Guidelines. If a cancellation is received less than 10 days prior to the check-in date, the applicable fees will not be refundable. After check-in, there is no refund of fees in the event of an early check-out. There will be a 48-hour waiting period between a cancellation and a new reservation. Cancellations by telephone must be received by calling 1300 850 160 during business hours Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 8:30pm. Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), or Saturdays , 7:30am to 5:00pm AEST. These hours are subject to change.
 
2. RCI Exchange Membership :
Privileges Membership includes Membership in the RCI Pacific Pty Ltd accommodation exchange programs. Privileges Members may exchange WorldMark South Pacific Club Holiday Credits for full week or nightly stays at participating RCI Affiliated Resorts. Annual Membership in RCI is provided at no additional cost subject to the Privileges Member being in good standing. Exchanging through RCI requires specific exchange fees and may include additional Housekeeping Fees and taxes. Exchanging through RCI Affiliated Resorts is subject to RCI Terms and Conditions. Fees are subject to change without notice from RCI.
 
3. ICE Cruise Exchange Program Access :
Privileges Membership provides access to the cruise exchange program provided by International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. ("ICE"). Privileges Members may exchange WorldMark South Pacific Club Holiday Credits for various cruise options and/or fly/cruise packages as offered from time to time by the provider. Access to cruise options in ICE is provided at no additional cost subject to the Privileges Member being in good standing. Exchanging through ICE may provide options with additional fees but does not require specific exchange fees. Taxes, port charges, surcharges, etc. as determined by the nature of the specific options taken by the Privileges Member may also be required. Exchanging through ICE is subject to ICE Terms and Conditions. Fees are subject to change without notice from ICE.
 
4. Affiliate Resorts .
A Privileges Member is entitled to redeem Privileges Qualified Credits for reservations at certain resorts "Affiliated" with Wyndham Vacation Resorts South Pacific Club Ltd. All reservations are subject to availability. Privileges Members will be subject to rules and guidelines of operation that may be applicable at each Affiliated Resort. The time period to make a reservation at an Affiliate Resort may vary. Privileges Members may only use Privileges Qualified Credits for reservations at Affiliate Resorts. The Privileges Member is responsible for any taxes payable in connection with an exchange to an Affiliate Resort. The cancellation provisions set forth below shall apply in connection with the cancellation of an Affiliate Resort reservation:
Privileges Members may cancel reservations at Affiliate Resorts without penalty by giving e-mail, written, or telephone notice, which must be received within the following time periods:

5. Associate Inventory Resorts:
Entitles a Privileges Member to redeem Privileges Qualified Credits and use the Fun Time benefit for reservations at certain resorts "Associated " with Wyndham Vacation Resorts South Pacific Ltd. The Developer, at its sole discretion, has extended the use of Associate Resorts to all WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Owners in good standing, who are not Privileges Members, as a benefit that enables a WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Owner to redeem WorldMark Holiday Credits and use a limited Fun Time Benefit for resort accommodation. WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Owner's access is for a limited duration, subject to additional restrictions and may be removed or modified by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific without notice. Privileges Members and WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Owners will be subject to rules and guidelines of operation that may be applicable at each Associate Resort. Reservations are subject to availability and are made available through Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific. The time period to make a reservation at an Associate Resort may vary by location or Privileges tier. The Privileges Member or WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Owner is responsible for any taxes payable in connection with an exchange to an Associate Resort. The cancellation provisions set forth below shall apply in connection with the cancellation of an Associate Resort reservation:

6. Connections:
A Privileges Member is entitled to redeem Privileges Qualified Credits for special group travel and activities that may be available from time to time. Travel and activities are subject to availability and subject to change or substitution without notice. Travel and activities may be arranged through third-party providers. Additional transaction fees, taxes and incidental charges may apply. Cancellation policies vary based on specific travel or activity offered. Cancellation terms and policies will be provided at the time of booking the specific travel or activity.
 
7. Quarterly Collection:
A Privileges Member is entitled to redeem Privileges Qualified Credits for selected holiday and travel options made available on a quarterly basis. Quarterly Collection holiday and travel options are subject to availability and change or substitution without notice, and are subject to additional Terms and Conditions of the travel providers. Holiday and travel options may be arranged through third-party providers. Additional transaction fees, taxes and incidental charges may apply. Cancellation policies vary based on specific holiday and travel option offered. Cancellation terms and policies will be provided at time of booking the specific holiday or travel option.
 
8. 60 Day and 13 Month Elite Reservation Reminder:
Privileges Elite, Diamond Elite and Platinum Elite Members may request an electronic mail (e-mail) reminder seven (7) days prior to the beginning of a 13 month reservation window and seven (7) days prior to the 60 day reservation window at a specified resort(s). Wyndham Vacation Resorts South Pacific Ltd is not responsible for undeliverable messages or recipient's equipment malfunctions. This Benefit does not guarantee that any specific reservation will be available.
 
9. Personal Choice:
Privileges Diamond Elite Members may, on an alternate year basis, convert all of their Privileges Qualified Credits toward the purchase of a qualified travel option made available through Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Travel. Privileges Platinum Elite Members may redeem, on an annual basis, Privileges Qualified Credits toward the purchase of a qualified travel option made available through Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Travel. Travel options are subject to availability. Additional transaction fees, taxes and incidental charges may apply. Cancellation policies vary based on the specific travel option offered. Cancellation terms and policies will be provided at time of booking the specific travel option. Unused Privileges Qualified Credits from a prior year may not be used for this Benefit. For purposes of this benefit, "year" means WorldMark South Pacific Club Owner's Anniversary Year.
 
10. Travel A la Carte:
Privileges Elite, Diamond Elite and Platinum Elite Members are eligible to redeem Privileges Qualified Credits for a variety of holiday and travel options that may be made available from time to time. All holiday and travel options are subject to change or substitution without notice, and are subject to availability. Holiday and travel options may be arranged through third-party providers. Additional transaction fees, taxes and incidental charges may apply. Cancellation policies vary based on the specific holiday and travel option offered. Cancellation terms and policies will be provided at time of booking the specific holiday or travel option.
 
11. On Sale:
Privileges Elite, Diamond Elite and Platinum Elite Members may redeem Privileges Qualified Credits for specific merchandise and services made available by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific. All merchandise and services are subject to availability. Any offered merchandise may be discontinued at any time.
 
12 . Movie Rental:
Privileges Elite and Diamond Elite Members may receive one complimentary movie rental per reservation, at WorldMark South Pacific Club-managed resorts. Privileges Platinum Elite Members may receive unlimited complimentary movie rentals at WorldMark South Pacific Club-managed resorts, however this is limited to the Platinum Member receiving a maximum of two (2) movies at any one time for an unlimited number of times per stay. Choice of movie rentals is limited to those which are available at the resort.
 
13. Elite Grocery Service Reminder:
Privileges Members will be provided an electronic mail (e-mail) reminder and grocery list seven (7) days prior to the check-in date. When the Member has indicated his/her choices from the list of items and supplied a means of payment no less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the specified goods will be in the Member's apartment by 4pm. on arrival date. Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific is not responsible for undeliverable messages or recipient's equipment malfunctions. This Benefit is available only at selected WorldMark South Pacific Club-Managed resorts.
 
14. Complimentary Housekeeping:
Privileges Diamond Elite and Platinum Elite Members are eligible for one (1) complimentary Housekeeping service at the end of each stay at WorldMark South Pacific Club-managed resorts.
 
15. Elite Tier Membership Card:
An Elite Membership card indicating the Privileges Member's Elite tier status will be issued to all Privileges Elite Members. This card will have the toll free reservations number listed and is to be presented for Elite check-in.
 
16. Elite News Flash:
Privileges Members are eligible to receive an advance email notification of new products, services and resort features. Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific in not responsible for undeliverable messages or recipient's equipment malfunctions.
 
17. Owner Referral Awards Bonus:
Privileges Elite, Diamond and Platinum Members may be eligible to receive award credits, in addition to those normally offered for such referrals, in connection with the referral of friends and family who become WorldMark South Pacific Club Owners based on the following:
Privileges Elite Members - 10% more Owner Referral Rewards
Privileges Diamond Elite Members - 15% more Owner Referral Rewards
Privileges Platinum Elite Members - 20% more Owner Referral Rewards

18. Miscellaneous:
All travel or activity offers that include airline tickets, activity tickets such as theme park and movie tickets, and gift cards are considered final transactions. Privileges Qualified Credits redeemed for these Benefits are non-refundable. Privileges Qualified Credits redeemed for other Privileges Benefits may not be refundable based on the specific Benefit offered as outlined in the Program Guide.
 
* Privileges is an incidental benefit offered by Wyndham Vacation Resorts South Pacific Ltd to Owners of WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Holiday Credits, which may be terminated by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific South Pacific Pty Ltd at its sole discretion, and does not and is not intended to fall within the ambit of AFS Licence No. 225200 held by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Resorts South Pacific Ltd. Use of or participation in Privileges by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific is completely voluntary and you can opt out at any time you choose. Payment of any levy or other cost associated with Privileges by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific will be provided to Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific South Pacific Pty Ltd. To remain a Member you will have to pay specific Privileges by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific levies, however, You may cancel your Membership at any time. The continued availability of Privileges by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific is not necessary for a WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Owner's use and enjoyment of any accommodation in WorldMark South Pacific Club. No costs associated with Privileges by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific are passed on to Owners of WorldMark. Participation in the Privileges by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific program is separate from Membership in WorldMark South Pacific Club and can be modified or discontinued at any time. WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Owners should not purchase a WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Ownership in reliance on the continued availability or renewal or extension of this incidental benefit.
