Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific is concerned at the increasing number of reports of WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Owners who are being contacted by and responding to unsolicited telephone calls from US companies reportedly trading under names such as National Vacation Sales and Service, Premier Market Solutions, Pegasus Accounting Group, Tammac Financial Services, Executive Corporate Marketing, Online Vacation Property Marketing - offering quick resale or rental of their WorldMark South Pacific Club Vacation Credits.

Despite repeated warnings, we understand some WorldMark Owners are electing to provide credit card details to these companies for potential future services. We are concerned about the legitimacy of these companies and the impact on WorldMark Owners and therefore recommend extreme caution in providing your credit card details to any of these entities. It is also our understanding that under Florida law, brokers (some of whom are mentioned above), are prohibited from taking payment in advance for 'renting' your timeshare.

We reiterate that there is no affiliation or contractual arrangement between these companies and WorldMark South Pacific Club, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific or any other Wyndham entity.

This issue is affecting WorldMark Owners in the South Pacific and United States regions and all legal options are being looked at by the Wyndham Vacation Ownership US Legal team. Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific is therefore compiling records of contacts and transactions between WorldMark Owners and these companies in an effort to provide factual data and protect WorldMark Owners.
