Travel Club Terms and Conditions

Please note that all offers are subject to availability and to individual Terms and Conditions provided by the relevant service provider. The service provider's Terms and Conditions, including refund and cancellation provisions, will vary and are separate from the standard WorldMark South Pacific Club Terms and Conditions. Whilst Travel by Wyndham make every effort to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of information provided no responsibility is accepted for the information reproduced here in good faith and no liability is accepted for any loss, injury or damage that a guest or Owner may sustain from whatever cause as a result of taking up or failure to take up an offer advertised through Travel by Wyndham.
All prices are in Australian dollars and are based on twin share unless otherwise stated. All airfares are based on economy class, unless otherwise stated. Visas and insurance are not included, unless otherwise stated. An indication of applicable taxes is included in pricing but is subject to change with fluctuation in exchange rates and/or travel itinerary variations. "From" prices are generally based on low season travel dates or specific departure dates.  In the event that prices vary and/or exchange rates fluctuate, Travel Club reserves the right to adjust the prices at any time.
Contact Travel by Wyndham for prices from other capital cities than what is advertised, single supplements, high season surcharges, costs for children or for detailed itineraries. 
Minimum numbers must be met on advertised Travel by Wyndham Club Tours for a Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific escort to attend.  If numbers fall below the required minimum, pricing on advertised Club Tours may alter.
 
 

WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Properties Packages "WorldMark Specials" and travel associated with a stay at a  WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Property.

 
An Owner that has available Credits with 90 days or more validity is eligible to book one of the advertised WorldMark Specials packages.
Please note that any advertised packages in conjunction with a stay at the WorldMark South Pacific Club resorts will have the normal Club Guidelines and Regulations apply which regulate the booking requirement, season, size of the apartment chosen, days of the week you holiday, and length of stay among other things. If you would like to holiday in a period outside of the advertised dates or in a different apartment size, different Credit values may be applicable.

When a third party supplier is included as part of a Worldmark special package, their Terms and Conditions, including cancellations and refunds will apply to the offer, may vary and are not the standard Worldmark South Pacific club Terms and Conditions.   If any changes are made to the package after the booking is confirmed and payment has been made and the change incurs a change fee or cancellation fee, these fees must be paid for in cash, not Worldmark South Pacific Club Vacation Credits.
 
WorldMark South Pacific Club Premier Owners can also use Vacation Credits towards the cost of travel related services when booking and staying at WorldMark South Pacific Club resorts. 
This benefit is provided by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific as the Developer of Worldmark South Pacific Club by Wyndham, and as such can be terminated or modified at the sole discretion of the developer at any time without prior notice. This benefit is currently available to all Worldmark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Premier Owners for bookings and stays at Worldmark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Resorts only. Vacation Credits must not have less than 90 days left before expiration for use with travel bookings (does not apply for WorldMark South Pacific Club accommodation reservations).    Some exceptions to the use of Vacation Credits for Travel related services will apply on certain product types.     When booking travel arrangements in conjunction with a stay at a Worldmark South Pacific Club by Wyndham property and payment is made by Vacation credits, should the WorldMark component subsequently be cancelled, payment of associated travel may revert to a cash payment.

 

Where a WorldMark South Pacific Club Vacation Credit option is available, WorldMark South Pacific Club Vacation Credits can not be utilised with Travel by Wyndham unless the Credits have more than 90 days validity at the time of booking.

Escapades Terms and Conditions

 Cancellations and Refunds
  • There will be no refund for activities cancelled 14 days or less, prior to the event.
  • There will be no refund for non-attendance on the day.
  • WorldMark South Pacific Club reserves the right to cancel events and refund fees if minimum enrolments are not met.
  • WorldMark South Pacific Club reserves the right to substitute alternative events and activities if necessary.
Although WorldMark South Pacific Club makes every effort to ensure that it only arranges the services of professional and safe activity operators for its Owners and guests, WorldMark South Pacific Club accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage that a guest or Owner may sustain from whatever cause including but not limited to activity operators' own negligence.
Owners and guests participate in any activity at their own risk, and release, discharge and indemnify WorldMark South Pacific Club and all other associated entities and personnel from and against all liability in relation to any loss or injury that they may sustain, whether caused by activity operators' negligence or otherwise.
All participants must sign and return a Liability Discharge & Release form before confirmation of scheduled event. Participants under the age of 18 are to be included on the adult's form. Participants under the age of 18 not accompanied by an adult must have a signed consent form from a parent/legal guardian.
